THE BRAND: Sapahn

THE SITUATION: Safeguarding the rights of the artisans and makers in their value chain was central to Sapahn’s mission since the company’s founding. But the brand struggled to convey its foundational ethos in a consistent and compelling way. 

THE SOLUTION: A comprehensive brand narrative, including brand beacon, pillars, voice, and key messaging; and a platform (“Carry Forward”) for articulating the principles of their regenerative business model, and human rights commitments.
